Does [solidcore] include stretching during or after class?

Our classes do not include a stretching section - increasing flexibility is an inherent part of the workout!

Classes at [solidcore] are sequenced to work antagonist muscle pairings, which increases flexibility. For example, when one muscle contracts the opposing muscle must lengthen (stretch). Strengthening glutes will in turn release (lengthen) hip flexors. We work mostly full range of motion so our muscles are gaining flexibility throughout the class. We also keep the studio warm and do a substantial core warm-up to get blood flow from upper to lower and vice versa in the body.
