Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class for an introduction to the studio and our custom-built reformer. This will also ensure you have time to connect with your Coach! Plan to discuss anything that could potentially impact your workout, including any pre-existing injuries or mobility limitations.
Client safety is our number one priority. The first section of every [solidcore] class is a core warm-up which ensures your muscles are ready for a safe and effective workout. Missing more than 5 minutes increases your risk for injury. If you arrive 5 or more minutes late to any class (not just your first one), you’ll be asked to reschedule.
