How do I add a new location?

Instructions on how to add a new location for your booking website

To add a new location:

  1. Go to Menu >> Booking System >> Locations & Availability

  2. Click on add a salon or home studio

Set your settings:

  1. Under the settings tab, add the address of your new location

  2. Enter an address nickname (this is only visible to you)

  3. Set your location name for your website (this is what will be displayed to your customers)

  4. Toggle on 'hide full address on website' if you wish to only display the postcode on your booking website for privacy
    In this case, your client will receive the full address for the booking on confirmation of their appointment

Set your availability:

  1. Switch to the availability tab

  2. Set your default availability for this location by clicking into the individual day. Click or hold & drag on the times that you would like to set as default. The time will show as purple when it has been selected

  3. Press save

  4. Set your advanced availability by choosing a time period from the drop down
    This controls how far in advance clients can request bookings e.g up to 3 months

  5. Press save

Set your advanced settings

  1. Switch to the advanced tab

  2. Choose your default packdown time
    This is the amount of time you wish to apply to the end of your booking to help you manage your diary

  3. Choose to toggle on/off 'block calendar for requested bookings'
    When toggled on, this means when you receive a booking request, the time slot will be automatically made unavailable on your website to help you stay in control and prevent double bookings

  4. Set your minimum booking amount
    This refers to the lowest fee you're willing to accept bookings for e.g £20 call out fee

  5. Set your minimum hours before booking
    This is how last minute a customer can request an appointment via your website

  6. Press save
