To add a new treatment:
Go to Menu >> Booking System
Click on Treatments
Choose between Get started or Import treatments from another service
Get started:
To make things easy, select from our list of pre-made treatment templates. You can edit these on the following page.
Select a treatment category to view the treatments in the drop down
Select as many treatments in each category as you like. Note, you can edit the pricing, timings and treatment descriptions on the following page.
Once you are happy with your selection, click Add treatments
To edit, click on the treatment and make the relevant changes. Once you are happy, click Save
If you need to add more treatments click + Add new treatment. You will have the option to Create your own or select from treatment library
Your treatment menu is now set up and can be added to or edited at any time!
Import treatments from another service:
Please email us at team@getsolo.co and provide us with the following details so we can ensure a smooth transition:
Name of the system you are currently using
Details of what you would like migrated (clients, treatments, consultations forms, reviews, bookings)
Login details for your current system or CSV files of your data
