How do I flag if a payment or consultation form is outstanding for an appointment on my calendar?

To flag if a payment or consultation form is outstanding for an appointment:

  1. Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click on the settings icon on the top right of the screen

  3. Click on Customise calendar layout

  4. Go to the Warning Status section and select your preferred option by using the arrows

  5. Click Save
