Updated over 2 weeks ago

We know how important it is to reward your regular customers, that's why we've created a loyalty scheme that is totally customisable based on what works best for your business.

  1. To get started go to Menu >> Marketing Tools

  2. Click Loyalty Scheme

  3. Click Set up Loyalty Scheme

  4. Decide on your Goal type. Choose from whether you want to reward your clients based off of number of Number of bookings or Amount spent

  5. If you have chosen to base your loyalty scheme on Completed bookings you will need to add Number of stamps required and Min booking fee

  6. If you have chosen to base your loyalty scheme on Total spent, you will need to add the Amount spent required

  7. Choose the discount reward your client will receive % or £

  8. Select which treatments the discount can be used on

  9. Select how long the discount is valid for

Finally set up all loyalty scheme communications on the Messaging tab

Here you can set up the communications your clients will receive throughout different milestones in the loyalty scheme. Please note, you do not have to set up an automated email or sms, however we would recommend setting up at least one.

  1. Click on Messaging

  2. Select which goal you wish to add messaging for:

    • Halfway completed

    • Almost completed

    • Completed

  3. Select a milestone and click Edit content for email & sms.

  4. Toggle on Automated enabled once you are happy

  5. Repeat steps for the different milestone messaging

To manually update the clients progress:

  1. To get started go to Menu >> Marketing Tools

  2. Click Loyalty Scheme

  3. Click Number of redemptions

  4. Select a client

  5. Click edit

  6. Manually update Number of stamps

  7. Click save

Please note, any loyalty scheme SMS updates that you send will incur a fee of 7p per SMS. However you can use the free SMS's you receive in your subscription package towards this.
