How do I set up a client referral scheme?

Instructions for setting up your client referral scheme on Solo

To set up a client referral scheme:

  1. Go to Menu > Marketing tools

  2. Click on Client Referral Scheme

  3. Toggle on Referral scheme enabled

Set the discount your new clients will receive when being referred -

  1. Select the Discount tab

  2. Select the discount type you'd like to offer by choosing between a percentage or monetary amount discount

  3. Select the percentage or monetary amount discount you'd like to offer

  4. Select which services you'd like the discount to be redeemable for

  5. Click Save

Select the reward the referring client will receive when a client referred by them completes a booking -

  1. Select the Reward tab

  2. Select the discount type you'd like to offer by choosing between a percentage or monetary amount discount

  3. Select the percentage or monetary amount discount you'd like to offer

  4. Choose how many days the promo code will be valid for after being rewarded

  5. Select which services you'd like the discount to be redeemable for

  6. Click Save

Set what messages are sent when a client's referrals compete their booking. They can be sent an email and an SMS with their reward -

  1. Select the Messages tab

  2. If you'd like for a referring client to receive an email with their reward, click on Automated Emails

  3. Click Create Automated Email

  4. Select the Referral Completed template

  5. Toggle on Automation Enabled

  6. Click Edit Content if you'd like to customise the email that is sent

  7. Click Save

  8. If you'd like for a referring client to receive an SMS with their reward, click on Automated SMS

  9. Click Create Automated SMS

  10. Select the Referral Completed template

  11. Toggle on Automation Enabled

  12. Click Edit Text if you'd like to customise the SMS that is sent

  13. Click Save
