Cancel your Soma NPT subscription renewal directly through your App Store account. Soma does not have access to your iTunes account and cannot cancel an iTunes subscription on your behalf. Any issues with iTunes subscriptions must be handled directly with Apple.
Purchased through Soma Analytics
Cancel your Soma ID subscription renewal through the Soma ID Archive in your Soma Analytics dashboard.
If a cancellation attempt fails or you believe it was not successful, notify Soma within seven days. Refunds will not be issued after this period.
