If purchased via an In-App Purchase:
You can cancel your Soma NPT subscription renewal directly through your App Store account. Please note that Soma does not have access to your iTunes account and cannot cancel an iTunes subscription on your behalf. Any issues related to iTunes subscriptions must be handled directly with Apple.
If purchased through Soma Analytics:
You can cancel your Soma ID subscription renewal through the Soma ID Archive in your Soma Analytics dashboard.
If a cancellation attempt fails or you believe it was unsuccessful, you must notify Soma within seven days of the attempted cancellation. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
