Adding a Soma ID Manually
If Soma IDs do not appear automatically in your User List, you can add them manually:
Open the main menu in Soma Analytics.
Select Soma ID Archive.
Find the Soma ID you want to add to your User List.
Tap the + icon to add the user.
Adding to a User Who Purchased via iTunes
If your athlete has purchased Soma NPT through iTunes, they already have their own Soma ID.
Ask them to share this ID with you so you can connect to them inside Soma Analytics. If they are unsure where to find their Soma ID, it is displayed on the Profile screen inside the Soma NPT app.
Athletes who purchased via iTunes must log in using the same method they originally selected (Apple, email, or Facebook). Their subscription is linked to that login method and device.
Tap the + icon.
Enter the athlete’s Soma ID in the field provided.
Tap Add User to complete the connection
