You may cancel the renewal of your Soma Analytics subscription through your account settings page. Should the cancellation process fail, or if you believe the subscription was not properly cancelled, you are required to notify the company within 7 days of the attempted cancellation. No refunds will be provided after this 7-day period.

⚠️ Important: In the event you cancel your Soma Analytics subscription, it is your sole responsibility as the account holder to cancel any associated Soma IDs separately. Failure to cancel Soma IDs may result in continued charges, for which you will remain liable.
