If purchased via an In-App Purchase: You may cancel the renewal of your Soma NPT subscription through the respective Application Store. Please be aware that we do not have access to your iTunes account and cannot cancel an iTunes subscription for you. Any issues related to iTunes subscriptions are strictly between you and Apple and are separate from Soma.

If purchased through Soma Analytics: You may cancel the renewal of a Soma ID subscription through the Soma ID archive.

Should the Soma ID cancellation process fail, or if you believe the cancellation was unsuccessful, you are required to notify the company within 7 days of the attempted cancellation. After this 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.
