Why Does My Athlete See “Uploading Results Due to a Loss of Internet Availability” in Soma NPT?

If your athlete sees this pop-up message, it means their internet connection was weak during their last session and the data hasn’t fully uploaded to the server yet.

How to Fix It:

Try the following steps to force the device to reconnect:

  1. Turn Airplane Mode on, then off.

  2. Turn Wi-Fi off, then on again.

  3. Turn Mobile Data off, then on again.

  4. Swipe up to fully close Soma NPT, then reopen the app.

If the issue continues, delete and reinstall Soma NPT. This will clear any cached data that might be blocking the upload.
