In rare cases, a Server Error message may appear. This usually happens for one of two reasons:
Wi-Fi Disconnection – The internet connection dropped while opening a menu.
High Activity – Too many actions at once, such as loading multiple menus or adding a large number of tasks to your favorites list.
How to Fix It:
Swipe up to close the Soma NPT app completely.
Wait a few seconds, then reopen it.
If the issue continues, delete and reinstall Soma NPT.
