How Can I Track Progress in TTE Mode?

Soma Analytics tracks how long an athlete can maintain their reaction time within the target range in TTE Mode, offering insights into their cognitive endurance, focus, stamina, and resilience over time.

Most athletes start by maintaining their reaction time for around 10 seconds, but with consistent training, they can improve this to 4–5 minutes. For example, if an athlete lasts 2 minutes and 8 seconds before their reaction time exceeds the threshold, it shows progress in their mental stamina.

By tracking this data, coaches can assess improvements in mental endurance and the athlete’s ability to stay sharpunder pressure.
