If you are unable to add a user to your list, please check that you have entered the Soma ID number correctly. Soma IDs must match exactly as shown — including all digits and characters. If the Soma ID is entered incorrectly, the system will not recognize the user.
How to add a user
Click the plus button, enter the user’s Soma ID number, and click Add User.
