If you're building session plans from scratch every time a new athlete comes in, you're losing time you don't need to lose. Templates inside Soma Analytics fix that.
Here's how to build one.
Start by naming your template, then name your first session "Baseline." From there, we recommend placing a PVT-B both pre and post session to give you a clean read on fatigue across the block. Once that first session is set up the way you want it, duplicate it. Do that across 12, 16, or 20 sessions depending on the length of the programme you're running.
If you want to apply scales, add them to each session as you go. If you want minute-on-minute tracking enabled, toggle that on too. And if neither of those apply to what you're doing, no problem. Just duplicate the session, name it, and move on. The template works either way.
Once it's built, that's the hard work done. Every time a new athlete starts a programme, you load the template, add your tasks to each session, and you're ready to go.
No rebuilding. No starting from zero.
