How to duplicate a template and convert it to undulating periodisation

If you've already built a set of templates with progressive overload for intensity, it's worth creating a matching set for undulating periodisation. We recommend undulating intensity specifically, as it doesn't add any extra time to an athlete's session.

Step 1 Find the template you want to duplicate, click the three dots, then click Duplicate.

Step 2 Copy and paste the same name and add something to the end. In the example below, we've added "I UP" (standing for Undulating Periodisation), but you can use whatever label works for you. Just make sure it's easy to identify when you load it.

Step 3 Adjust the plan as needed.

Step 4 That's it. Your duplicated template saves automatically as you make adjustments.

You now have two templates: one for progressive overload with intensity, and one for undulating periodisation with intensity. When you create a new plan, simply load it.

Tip: You could also create versions for session frequency, duration, or any combination of the three. The choice is yours.
