Why Am I Seeing the “User Not Found” Pop-Up?

If you receive a "User Not Found" message, it usually means the Soma ID entered is incorrect.

Please check the following:

  • Make sure you have entered the correct 6-digit Soma ID.

  • Ensure there are no typing mistakes or extra spaces.

  • Confirm you are using the Soma ID provided to you by your coach or organisation.

If you are still seeing the message after checking, contact your coach or the person who set up your account to verify you have the correct ID.

If the issue continues, please contact the Soma Support team and include:

  • The Soma ID you are trying to use.

  • A short video of you logging in with that ID.

  • The device you are using (iPhone or iPad).
