Cancelling a Soma ID stops the athlete's access and removes them from your billing cycle. All historical data is retained and remains fully accessible at any time.
Steps
From your dashboard, open the main menu and select Soma ID Archive. Find the athlete you want to cancel and click Remove next to their profile.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Type Remove in the text field, then click Remove again to finalise. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
Soma ID data is always safe
When a Soma ID is cancelled, it moves to the Expired section of your archive. All session data, metrics, and history remain intact and can be reviewed at any time.
Soma never hard deletes data unless explicitly requested by the coach or organisation. If you need data removed, contact our support team and we will take care of it promptly.
