What is AHV mode?

Heart Rate Variability Mode is designed to automatically increase or decrease task difficulty based on the athlete's live HRV. Adaptive Heart Rate Variability Mode tracks variations in HRV every 15s and adjusts task difficulty in order to titrate the cognitive stress placed on the athlete’s brain.

When to use AHV mode?

When you want the task to closely track and maintain the athlete's physiological and cognitive state.
