1. Open the Soma Menu

From your dashboard, open the main menu.

2. Select ‘Soma ID Archive’

In the main menu, navigate to Soma ID Archive to view your list of Soma IDs.

3. Locate the Soma ID

Find the specific Soma ID you want to rename.

4. Rename the User

Enter the new name for the user, then click the arrow button to save your changes.

Renaming Limitations with iTunes Purchases

If a Soma ID was purchased through iTunes, it cannot be renamed in your Soma ID Archive because the subscription is not directly under your control.

However, the user can update their name directly in the Soma NPT app, and any changes will automatically reflect on your dashboard.
