Renaming a User via Soma Analytics
1. Access the Soma Menu: Click on the Soma drop-down menu to access the required options for connecting to a user.
2. Select ‘Soma ID Archive’: In the menu, locate and select the ‘Soma ID Archive.’ This section stores all Soma IDs associated with users.
3. Copy the Soma ID: Find and copy the specific Soma ID you wish to use to rename the user.
4. Rename the User: Rename the user and click the arrow button.
Renaming a User via Soma NPT
When a Soma ID is purchased through iTunes, you cannot rename the user since the Soma ID is not part of your Soma ID archive and you do not control their subscription.
The user can update their name via Soma NPT, and it will be reflected on the dashboard.
