Click Duplicate to copy the tasks and their settings, but keep in mind that the session name, cycles, and scales won’t be duplicated.
⚠️ When duplicating a session while building a plan, the new session will be placed immediately after the current session. However, if you duplicate a session in an already completed program, the duplicated session will be added to the end of the plan.
