An overview of our accepted payment methods, payment currencies, and what to do if your payment doesn't go through.

Accepted payment methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • UnionPay

We also accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay


Payment currencies

All prices on our website are listed in USD.


Payment failures/rejections

If you tried to complete a purchase and your payment didn't go through, then we recommend trying each of the following steps until your payment is successful:

  1. Try again with the same card, making sure all of your details are entered correctly

  2. Try again with another payment card (often best if it's from another bank)

  3. Try again with PayPal


Duplicate charges/ Overcharging

If you think you've been overcharged, or that you've been charged twice for a song or Add-On, please first check your Order Status Page, as you will be able to see the transaction history for your order in the "Your transactions" section of the page.

If something still doesn't seem right, please contact us by clicking the Messenger icon at the bottom of your screen. You can then request to speak to a team member, who will be able to look into this for you.
