Overview

Your Order Management Page is a dedicated page on our website where you can manage and update your order.

What you can do on this page

You can perform the following actions from your Order Management Page.

Before your song choice is confirmed, you can:

  • Start the lyrics approval process

  • Start the song choice selection process

After your song choice is confirmed, you can:

  • Manage your song Add-Ons

  • View the transactions relating to your song purchase

  • Access your Song Page (once the song is completed)

Accessing your Order Management Page

There are two easy ways to access your Order Management Page:

From your Songful account:
Sign in to your Songful account and you'll see every song you've ordered. Just select the one you want, and you can open its Order Management Page from there.

From our emails:
Click the "Order Management" link or button in any of the order-related emails we've sent you, and you'll be taken straight to your Order Management Page.
