Overview

Your Order Management Page is a dedicated page on our website where you can manage and update your order.

What you can do on this page

You can perform the following actions from your Order Management Page.

Before your song choice is confirmed, you can:

  • Start the lyrics approval process

  • Start the song choice selection process

After your song choice is confirmed, you can:

  • Manage your song Add-Ons

  • View the transactions relating to your song purchase

  • Access your Song Page (once the song is completed)

Accessing your Order Management Page

You can access your Order Management page by clicking the "Order Management" link or button in any of the order-related emails we've sent you.

All you need to do is find one of these emails, click the link or button, and you'll be taken to your Order Management page.
