What to do if you have not received our order-related emails or can't find them.

If you've placed an order, but haven't received any emails from us, or if you did receive them but now can't find them, here's what you need to do:


Step 1: Check spam, trash, and promotions

Check your spam folder, trash, and promotions inbox tab in case they have ended up there by mistake (if they are in your spam folder, please mark them as 'Not spam' to ensure you can receive future emails from us).


Step 2: Get in touch

If you did receive our emails, but can no longer find them:
Message our team by clicking the chat icon below and request that we reissue your order-related emails.

If you never received our emails:
If you never got our emails, then it's possible you entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order, or there could be other mailbox-related issues preventing them from getting through.

The best thing to do in this case is to message our team by clicking the chat icon below, providing your order number, and an alternative email address that we can use for you (mainstream email services like Gmail and Yahoo tend to work best).
