If you've ordered a song with us, you already have a Songful account. It's created automatically with your first order, so there's nothing to set up and no password to remember, and every song you've ordered lives there in one place.
What you can do in your account
See every song you've ordered, along with its current status
Open the Song Page and Order Management Page for any of your songs
Change the Song Title or Author of your completed songs
Update your name and email address
Save important dates (birthdays, anniversaries and more), and we'll email you a reminder before each one, so you never forget a gift again
Join the Songful Club and see your member rewards
How to sign in
Go to songful.com and click "My account" in the menu at the top of the page
Enter the email address you used to place your order
Click "Email me a sign-in link"
Open the email we send you and tap the sign-in button. That's it!
ℹ️ Each sign-in link works once and expires after 24 hours. If you request a new link, it replaces any previous one.
Trouble signing in?
The sign-in email hasn't arrived:
Check your spam folder, trash, and promotions tab, as that's where it usually hides. Our email deliverability guide can help too.
Your link has expired:
No problem, just request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
You can't access the email address you ordered with:
If you no longer have access to that mailbox, or the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, message our team by clicking the chat icon below. Share your order number and the email address you'd like to use instead, and we'll update it for you.
