Adding custom IDs to publishing agreements
1. You can access publishing agreements in multiple ways:
You can edit an agreement via the Publishing Information tab on a song project.
You can edit an agreement via the Pub. Agreements tab on a writer's contact details in the Network.
2. When editing the agreement, you can add an ID in the Publisher ID field. When you start typing, you can either:
Select from a list that will appear showing existing ID's for you to choose from for that Publisher.
Create a new ID.
Make sure to save the changes when you're done by clicking the Save button in the bottom-right corner of the modal.
NOTE: You can only apply one ID to the Publisher ID field.
Adding custom IDs to administration agreements
1. You can access administration agreements via the Admin Agreements tab on a publisher/admin contact in the Network.
2. When editing the agreement, you can add an ID in the Admin ID field. When you start typing, you can either:
Select from a list that will appear showing existing ID's for you to choose from for that Administrator.
Create a new ID.
Make sure to save the changes.
NOTE: You can only apply one ID to the Admin ID field.
