If a Release is unlocked, it can be edited or deleted. However, if a Release is locked, it can no longer be edited or deleted until it is unlocked again. A user's ability to lock or unlock a Release depends on their user preventions.

If you are able to lock or unlock a Release, here's how to do it:

1. Navigate to the Releases tab of the catalog or playlist folder you're in.

2. Double-click a Release to open it.

3. Click the ... button.

4. Click Lock editing... / Unlock editing...
