As a Business user, you may be wondering what the difference is between folder members and watchers. Check out the sections below for more information.

Folder Members

Folder members are people you've added to a playlist that can edit or view the playlist. If you aren't sure how to do that, you can learn how here. Edit access includes the ability to add songs, edit songs, remove songs, and the ability to reorder the songs within the playlist. View access just lets users see the playlist and the song contents, but does not allow them to make any changes. Folder members can be people inside your organization or outside of your organization.

Watchers

Watchers are simply members in your organization that will be notified via email when a song has been added to the playlist. A good example of when this would be beneficial is when someone in your organization just wants to know when an artist has added a new song to a playlist, but doesn't need any type of access to it.

Note: Watchers are for Business users only. To learn more about updating your plan click here.
