Can I use Songspace for free?

We do not currently offer a free plan, but our Creator plan comes with a free 14-day trial so that you can see if Songspace is a good fit for you and your workflows before committing.

How do I update the payment card info associated with my account?

Click your profile image in the top right corner of the screen. Click Account Settings and then Subscription. Under Payment Method, click Update Card. Update your card info and click Update.

How can I retrieve an invoice?

Currently, any invoice(s) you need will need to be manually pulled on our end. If you're looking for an invoice, please reach out to use via Intercom or email at support@songspace.com.
