While it is not currently possible to export a team catalog or your primary catalog, you can export any playlist folder you'd like. To export your catalog metadata and recording files, please follow these directions:

2. Open the catalog that you want to export.

Tip: make sure you have 100 songs displaying per page!

3. Select all songs on the page by checking the blank box in the top right above the catalog.

4. Now that they are all selected and highlighted blue, drag and drop them into the new playlist folder on the left-hand side of your screen.

5. Repeat for all songs until you're done.

6. Now that your playlist folder is ready, you're ready to export it! Click here for a walkthrough of exporting a playlist folder.

If you are a Business user and would like to export ALL of your songs, you can create a Smart Playlist to gather all of your songs across multiple catalogs in one place. Here's how:

Create an All Catalog Smart Playlist

Note: Smart Playlists are only available for Business users.

1. Click the orange + button in the top-left corner of your catalog.

2. Click "New smart playlist...".

3. Enter a title for the Smart Playlist.

4. Choose "look in ALL available catalogs" and "Match ALL the following rules"

5. From the attribute drop down menu, select "Date Added".

6. Choose criteria = "All Dates/Times".

7. Click "Create".

Now that you have all of your subscription's songs in one place, you can follow the steps at the beginning of this support article to export them!

Tips

  1. If you have a large catalog, we recommend dividing your catalog up into smaller playlists (250~ songs) and exporting those individually.

  2. Playlist folder exports can take up to 30 minutes. If you still have not received your export after 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
