Pitch restricting assets in bulk

1. Open the catalog tab for the assets that you want to pitch restrict in bulk (Songs, Recordings, or Releases).

2. Select multiple assets - either by command+clicking them OR by shift+clicking them to select multiple assets in consecutive order.

Note: you can also select ALL assets on a page by clicking the white square in the top-right corner of the list.

3. Click the … button that will appear above the list of assets.

4. Click “Pitching restrictions”.

5. Enter a begin date and an end date in the modal that appears.

6. Enter any notes (optional) you’d like related to the restriction.

7. Click the checkbox next to “I understand compositions / recordings / releases will be blocked from future pitches”.

8. Click “Restrict”.
