I’m an existing user. How do I set up a new webtext?

To start setting up a new webtext, open the Tools Menu in your current webtext. In the Course Webtexts section, select Explore Webtext Titles.

You’ll be asked to provide some basic information about your course. If you don’t have all the details yet, like grading information or due dates, just leave a note for our Instructor Support team in the Additional Information field.

Once you’re happy with the information you’ve added, click Review Webtext Settings.

Review your settings one last time, then click Confirm and Send to share your information with Soomo’s webtext specialists.

Once your webtext settings are confirmed, you will get an email from our Instructor Support team. Use the Explore Your Webtext link in the email to review your new webtext. You can also find it in the Course Webtexts section of the Tools Menu in your webtext.

Tip: Make sure Soomo is in your email contacts so emails from us don’t go to your Spam folder!
