👉 If you are reading this article, it is because you are confronted with the message "No Audience found" when you want to profile your fan page on SOPRISM.
✅ Requirements
You need to have the right access to a Facebook fan page. Check what access I need?
You are sure you have the right access but your Facebook fan page is still not displayed.
Follow the steps below 👇
After checking the access you have directly in Meta, go to the "My Profile" section of the dashboard. Make sure that the "Connect your Facebook account" box is green.
If it is not, click on it and a Meta pop-up window will appear. All you have to do is follow the authentication steps.
After completing the Meta double authentication procedure, click again on the first box "Connect your Facebook account", a Meta pop-up window will appear.
Click on "Edit setting"
Make sure all your Facebook fan pages are checked if not select the one you want to profile.
Click "Next", another pop-up window will ask you to accept the information that SOPRISM is allowed to receive. Make sure that the options "Receive your e-mail address" and "Show a list of the pages you manage" are activated in the "Yes" option. Then click on "Done".
Now that this is done, you should be able to find all your Facebook Fan pages when creating the profiling. 👍
👉 Please note that if the audience of your Facebook fan page is too small, you need to create a Lookalike audience from a Custom based on your Facebook fan page.
