If you want to see only certain job runs in SortScape, the User Filter feature is just the thing for you. It allows you to quickly toggle which visits you see on the schedule. It's especially handy for anyone using SortScape on a mobile device where it avoids scrolling, or for companies that have lots of job runs each day.

Here's how to use it:

  1. Open the SortScape app and go to the Schedule tab. You'll see he filter icon in the top right corner.

  2. Tap the filter icon and a modal will open where you can select the user.

  3. Now you'll see only the job runs for the user you selected. It's a cleaner view, with only the tasks you need to see.

If you want to go back to seeing all job runs, it's easy to do. When you turn on the User Filter, a banner will appear at the top of the schedule. In the banner, you'll see a 'Show all' option. Just tap that, and you'll go back to seeing all job runs for all the teams.

That's it! We hope the User Filter makes it easier for you to manage your schedule in SortScape. Happy scheduling!
