Visits on the schedule will appear in different colours depending on the due date of the visit. So if you reschedule a visit by dragging it to a different date on the schedule, SortScape will still track the visit's original due date so you know when that visit was meant to happen.

If the due date of the visit is next week or later, the visit will be gray.

If the visit is due today or this week, the visit will be orange.

If the visit is overdue (i.e. due before today) the visit will be red.

If the visit has been marked complete, the visit will be green. A special case here are non-billable visits which will turn black on completion as no invoicing is required.

If the visit has been invoiced, the visit will be black.

Currently there is no way for you to specify your own colour codes on visits as the colours are hard-coded based on each visit's due date. Instead of colour coding visits you can use visit tags to differentiate between visit types.
