All payments are processed through the SpacePal platform via our external payment provider, Stripe.
Guests are charged the full amount as soon as you accept their booking request. At this point, SpacePal’s cancellation and refund policy takes effect.
The final payment will be deposited into your selected bank account or sent via check instantly after confirming the booking.
If a guest stays in your space beyond the booked hours, they must inform the SpacePal team about the extra hours within 2 days after check-out.
