If you Order Repors doesn't appear to be fully up to date, it's likely that the Magento statistics haven't refreshed yet.
Magento updates these statistics periodically, but you can also manually trigger a refresh to ensure your report is showing the most current data.
When should I refresh the statistics?
You may want to manually refresh your statistics if:
Recent orders aren’t appearing in the report
The totals look lower than expected
You’ve made changes and want to see them reflected immediately
How-To Guide
You can trigger an update by following these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Statistics page
From the top of the report, click the Statistics link.
Step 2: Select the reports you want to refresh
Check the box next to the report you want to update, such as Orders.
Step 3: Refresh lifetime statistics
Use the dropdown menu to select Refresh Lifetime Statistics, then click Submit.
Once submitted, Magento will begin recalculating the selected statistics.
