Accessing your Saved Searches
Once you have saved your search, you can access it by clicking on 'Saved Searches' Under 'My Specter' on the sidebar.
Once you click here, it will bring down a drop down menu to access either Company, Talent or Strategic Signals
Once you have accessed your Saved Searches, you can Edit, Share, Hide, Duplicate, or Delete them. Click the 3 dots on the far right hand side of the screen to access this.
Option 1: Edit Saved Searches
Click on icon to either :
1. Edit the name of the search
2. Go to the feed and edit the Saved Search.
Option 2: Share Saved Searches
Click on to share your Saved Searches. You have the option to :
1. Allow anyone on your team to view the search
2. Privately share the search with selected members of your team.
Shared Saved Searches will feature both in the owners' and recipients' Saved Searches list.
Option 3: Hide Saved Searches
Click on to conceal specific Saved Searches from your view. Hide Saved Searches to declutter your list without having to permanently delete searches. To unhide hidden searches, click on Show Hidden Searches (top-right) and then click Unhide on the specific Saved Search.
Option 4: Duplicate Saved Searches
Click on to Duplicate your Saved Searches. This will create a new saved search with the same filters and parameters as the original saved search.
Once you do this, you will find the Duplicate search at the top of your list with the same name as the Original search just with (Copy) after it.
Option 5: Delete Saved Searches
Click on to permanently remove outdated Saved Searches. Deleting Saved Searches removes the search from your list.
