Accessing your Lists

Once you have saved your Lists, you can access it by clicking on 'Lists' Under 'My Specter' on the sidebar.

Inside Lists, your saved queries appear as an ordered list. Jump between search types with the tabs along the header.


Manage an Individual List

  1. Open the action menu
    Hover over a saved search and click [...].

  2. Pick your next move:

Rename your list.

Align titles with thesis labels (e.g., “AI-Infra Series B EU”) before circulating an update.

Share

Grant access to your full team or individual users.

Team members can view and edit the list with new entries.

Share to API

Publishes the list as an API endpoint your code can read from and write to.

Automate tasks—for example, have a script add new companies each night or pull the latest entries into a data pipeline.

Copy ID

Copies the unique List ID to your clipboard.

Paste the ID into scripts or notebooks that call Specter’s API for enrichment—no hunting for URLs.

Hide / Unhide

Archives the list (data kept); flip Show Hidden Lists to restore.

Declutter when a theme cools but may re-heat next fund cycle.

Delete

Permanently removes the list (can’t be undone).

House-clean once you’ve invested and no longer track the wider field.

Add to Landscape

Drops the list into a larger, curated Landscape dashboard—think market-map with side-by-side tiles.

Combine niche lists (e.g., “Vertical AI – Healthcare”, “Vertical AI – Finance”) into one panorama for partner review.

Schedule Enrichment

Pushes new matches or signals to your CRM on a recurring schedule.

Keeps pipeline fresh—no manual exports when fresh funding rounds hit.
