Add Spinach to your upcoming meeting and select the User Research template.
Go to your Spinach dashboard -> Upcoming Meetings tab and click on your next User Research session. Then you can select the User Research template from the dropdown.
Best Practices:
You need to have your calendar integrated with Spinach, in order to select the meeting template. Connect to your Google or Microsoft calendar here.
You can set the User Research notes to only send to you, in case you don't want the client to receive a copy of the summary. Click on the meeting in Upcoming Meetings and set Email: Just me.
