I have not received an email to reset my password. What should I do?

Updated today

If you are experiencing issues not receiving password reset emails from SpinPals, there may be various reasons for this: unstable network connection, incorrect details entered, and email settings issues - to name a few.

Additional reasons might include delays caused by server issues or the email being mistaken for spam by overly aggressive filters.

Here are some easy steps you can do to resolve this issue:

  • Make sure that the email address you entered on the reset password field is correct
Typographical errors in the email address may result in not receiving the reset password email at all. You may try to reset your password by accessing the “Forgot password?” link on the SpinPals login page and make sure all the details are filled out correctly.

Ensure that the email address you’re using matches the one registered with your SpinPals account.

  • Check your network connection
Issues with network connection may result in delays in receiving emails. It is best to check if you are connected to the internet, and if your internet connection is stable enough to receive an email. If not, resetting your router or WIFI connection–by turning it off for a few seconds, and turning it on–may resolve it.

Alternatively, try requesting the password reset link using a different device or web browser to rule out potential compatibility issues.

  • Check Spam/Junk Folder
There may be cases where legitimate emails can end up in your email’s spam or junk folder. Check these folders in your email account to see if anything is being routed there.

In case you find the password reset email in the spam folder, mark it as "Not Spam" and add the “spinpals.com” domain to your trusted recipient list. This step ensures that any future emails from us land in your inbox.

To further ensure future emails land in your inbox, add no-reply@spinpals.com or the "spinpals.com" domain to your contacts or safe sender list.

  • Check your Email Settings
Check your email settings to see if you have any email rules or filters applied (including email forwarding settings) that might be affecting your incoming emails and disable any unnecessary ones that could be causing issues.

Additionally, check your email storage limits, as a full inbox might block new incoming emails.

If you’ve tried all the above steps and are still unable to receive emails from SpinPals, it’s possible that your account requires manual intervention. Please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance. Make sure to provide as many relevant details as possible to expedite the process.
