Self-exclusion

This responsible social gameplay allows you to suspend your account for a longer time period. During this period you will not be able to access your account. If you self exclude yourself in the β€œResponsible Play” tab, your account will be excluded indefinitely. If you would like to self exclude for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years please reach out to our Customer Support.

IMPORTANT: A request to revoke an indefinite self-exclusion will only be possible once a minimum of 6 months have passed. A 7-day cooling period will be applied before the account is reactivated.

We will notify you by email once we have actioned your self-exclusion request.

Please bear in mind, whilst your self-exclusion is active, you will have no access to the SpinPals platform, this includes marketing emails, news, and updates.
