What is Self-Exclusion?

Updated today

SpinPals is committed to promoting a healthy and balanced approach to your gameplay, ensuring it remains a source of fun and entertainment.

At the forefront of this approach is the use of SELF-EXCLUSION — a proactive measure empowering you to suspend your account for a longer period should you ever feel that you may be starting to lose control of your gameplay.

How does Self-Exclusion work?

SpinPals Self-Exclusion is a responsible social gameplay tool that allows you to suspend your account for a minimum period of 6 months or more.

You can choose the following periods:

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

  • 3 year

  • 5 year

  • Indefinite

IMPORTANT: Please note that Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days. Therefore, we strongly recommend you redeem any redeemable Sweep Coins balance on your account before setting a Self-Exclusion restriction.

While your Self-Exclusion is Active, you will NOT be able to:

  • Login to your account, but when you come back, everything will be exactly where you left it.

  • Receive emails or communications from SpinPals

  • Play games or make any purchases

  • Redeem prizes. Note: Current pending prize redemptions won’t be affected by this.

Once you choose a period that suits your needs, you will be immediately logged out of your Account and your Self-Exclusion will be set as Active. During this period, it will not be possible to reactivate your account under any circumstances, ensuring the absolute integrity of this feature.

You can apply a Self-Exclusion to your account by accessing the "Self Exclusion" option under the Responsible Play tab on the menu.

Detailed information can also be found on our Responsible Social Gameplay Policy which can be accessed via this link.

Indefinite Self-Exclusion

Should you wish to self-exclude your SpinPals account indefinitely, your account can never be reactivated. This option is permanent and signifies a final decision; it ensures that no access to the account will ever be possible, underscoring SpinPals' commitment to responsible gaming.

Handling Accidental Activations

If you accidentally place your account under self-exclusion, it cannot be undone. This measure reflects SpinPals’ dedication to upholding the responsible gaming principles. Before confirming self-exclusion, users are advised to carefully review the confirmation message to avoid unintended actions.

Safeguards and Warnings

SpinPals incorporates safeguards to minimize accidental activations of self-exclusion. These include clear and visible confirmation prompts, ensuring users are fully aware of their decision before proceeding. Such measures aim to offer transparency and prevent unintended self-exclusion activations.
