Finding your transaction ID

To find your transaction ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your “Account” and click on “General Settings”

  2. Select the tab “Transactions”

  3. Search for ‘Transaction ID’ and the corresponding “Date & Time”

Make sure the transaction ID matches with the date and time of the purchase you are questioning
