How Do I Verify My Account?

To kickstart the verification process, follow the steps below:

You will need to be signed in to verify your account.

There are a couple of ways where you can access the Account Verification screen:

1. Click on the “Account” icon in the menu.

2. Click on the “Verification” button and after that the yellow “Verify” button

You would need to check all tick boxes to START the Verification process.

3. Once you begin the verification process, you will be redirected to a page from Verriff where you will be able to upload your Photo ID.

Tips For Taking Photos

  • Ensure submitted photos or scans are not blurry and all text is readable.

  • Include all four corners of the document for clarity and completeness.

  • Ensure all photos are in focus.

  • Avoid using the flash setting on your camera, this can make some areas too bright and unreadable.

  • Preview the photos before you send them. Make sure you can clearly read all the information.

  • Do not have any filters set on your camera.

Notes on Submitting Documents

  • Prepare a scanned copy or a clear photo of the document.

  • Include a selfie of yourself holding the document for additional verification.

  • Make sure all details on the document are clearly visible to avoid delays in processing.

Some tips to remember when submitting your documents for verification:

  • The document should be entirely visible, including all four corners, and must show your full name and current residential address, and its date of issue.

  • Documents must not be modified or tampered with in any way.

  • Do not write on, draw on or make any alterations to your documents.

  • Maximum file size for any single attachment is 25MB.

After you’ve successfully submitted your documents, our team will conduct a review and contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification. The Compliance Team reviews all submissions to verify the provided details. Ensure you check your email for any follow-up communication or updates regarding your account verification.
