What does the warning popup in my display device mean?

When there is a problem, we show a warning in a popup on your display device. Most of these warnings inform you about some problem with the measurement device.

“This device has no connection.”

There is a problem with the network connection on your display device. Most likely no internet connection. Try to reload the page in the browser.

"App X1234 connected, finish Setup in App."

Your display device was connected successfully. Finish the measurement setup on your measurement device with id X1234. Afterwards you can view the live results on this device and use it for training.

“App X1234 not connected.”

Your display cannot connect with measurement app with device-id X1234. Check if the app is running and if the measurement is working. Check if the device-id on the app matches the device-id in the display device menu.

If the cause remains unclear, then run the measurement setup again and connect the display device again via QR-code.

“App X1234 battery is low.”

The measurement device has a low battery. Measurement will end soon or is unable to start due to low battery. Connect a charger to the measurement device.

“App X1234 not ready.”

The measurement device is connected. The app is running but the measurement is not running yet. Finish the measurement setup.

This message is displayed when you open the QR code during the measurement setup.

“App X1234 shaking detected.”

The measurement is was started but the measurement device is moving or shaking too much. Hold it still. This can happen if you touch the device, if you move the tripod or if the floor is shaking a lot. The measurement will continue after a few seconds.
