We're happy to explain how the Seed Bonus feature works.
Available in: Both Pick by Day and Pick by Round NCAAB contest formats
🧩 What Is the Seed Bonus?
The Seed Bonus is an optional tiebreaker that can be enabled by commissioners when setting up a Survivor contest
It rewards entrants who take chances on lower-seeded (higher-numbered) teams
🏆 How It Works:
Each time you make a pick, the seed number of your selected team is recorded
At the end of the contest, if there's a tie, the system will add up all seed values of each entrant's picks
The entrant with the highest total seed value (i.e., the riskiest picks) will be declared the winner
💡 This feature is great for contests where strategy and risk-taking are part of the fun!
We hope this helps clarify things! If you have any other questions or need help with contest setup, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.
