What Is the Seed Bonus in an NCAAB Survivor Contests? πŸ€

Updated over 3 months ago

We're happy to explain how the Seed Bonus feature works.

🧩 What Is the Seed Bonus?

  • The Seed Bonus is an optional tiebreaker that can be enabled by commissioners when setting up a Survivor contest

  • It rewards entrants who take chances on lower-seeded (higher-numbered) teams

πŸ† How It Works:

  • Each time you make a pick, the seed number of your selected team is recorded

  • At the end of the contest, if there's a tie, the system will add up all seed values of each entrant's picks

  • The entrant with the highest total seed value (i.e., the riskiest picks) will be declared the winner

πŸ’‘ This feature is great for contests where strategy and risk-taking are part of the fun!

We hope this helps clarify things! If you have any other questions or need help with contest setup, feel free to reach out β€” we’re always here to help.
