When will my contest winnings be available?
Winnings are added to your Splash Wallet within 48 hours of the contest ending. You can view payout details in My Entries by selecting your contest and tapping the ℹ️ icon. If multiple participants tie, the payout is split equally and visible in the Final tab.
Available withdrawal methods
US users: Venmo, PayPal, ACH, Debit card, Check
Canadian users: PayPal, Skrill, Check
❌ Apple Pay and credit cards are not supported for withdrawals.
All methods except check must be linked before use — make at least one deposit of $10 or more using that same method first.
How long do withdrawals take?
Splash processes all requests Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET (excluding holidays), typically within 48–72 hours of submission.
Once approved, your financial institution handles the rest:
PayPal / Venmo / ACH — Often same day, up to 1–3 business days
Debit card — 1–3 business days
Check — 10–14 business days via USPS (US) or Canada Post (Canada)

Choose your preferred linked payment method and confirm
Can I withdraw from anywhere?
Yes — you can withdraw from anywhere in the US or Canada, including states where contest entries aren't currently allowed. Traveling outside the US or Canada? Email support@splashsports.com and we'll help.
How to view your withdrawal history
Go to My Account > Transaction History for a full record of all withdrawals, deposits, entries, and payouts.
Troubleshooting
Withdrawal option is greyed out: Make sure you've completed at least one deposit using that method.
Withdrawal is delayed: Check My Account > Transaction History for status. If more than 72 business hours have passed since submission, contact support.
Funds went to the wrong account: Withdrawals go to the same account used for your deposit. Check your transaction history to confirm which account is linked.
